We completed several loads for this company and have not been paid. Despite multiple calls and emails, we continue to receive promises but no actual payment. We are not the only carrier experiencing this issue, as other drivers have reported the same situation. We hope this can be resolved quickly, but at this point, we are considering further action. Be cautious when working with this company. FMCSA public records show that this company’s broker authority was revoked and that it does not have an active broker bond or trust fund on file.
It was a very solid company in it’s beginning, but today it has many shortcomings. It takes months to pay carriers and frequently makes payments with checks that have no funds. They have deteriorated a lot.
Super irresponsible with her workers,never again. Yes you do and won’t do right by them either
