I bought a product from this store (a pool dance pole) which was incomplete, missing a part needed for stability. The receptionist told me it had a one-year warranty. When I went to install it and saw what was wrong, I returned to the store an hour after the purchase. The girl there never took responsibility for resolving the problem, continuously telling me that there were no exchanges, returns, or refunds, and that I had to resolve the problem directly with the manufacturer!
Don't you hate it when you drive out to a retailer.... just to get there and find out they decided to close early.
Super friendly & helpful staff! Was comfortable shopping at my own pace and they had a well organized lingerie section.
