Store was stocked and excellent. Excellent help from Rex, hooked me up with a variety of flavors.
I had a very disappointing experience at this smoke shop. The cashier was rude, seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question, and acted like helping customers was a burden. There was no greeting, no professionalism, and the overall attitude made me not want to come back. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this place fell far short. I hope management addresses this because the customer experience was terrible
