We flew in from Las Veags to Houston for a concert. As we were heading to our hotel, we were driving by and saw Tapesters's. An absolute great decision to stop. It seems to be a local favorite. We stopped around brunch time. They have a great brunch and lunch menu, along with a coffee bar. My wife got the brunch menu Chicken Enchiladas Pablano, and I decided to get the Bison Burger. Both presentations were awesome and the taste was amazing. They have such a wide selection on the menu, if I could have ordered 1 of everything, I would have.

We had the French toast, which was amazing, but they were a little skimpy on the frosting. I would say the cheeseburger was pretty amazing and then the sticky bun was good on the outside, but was really dry on the inside.

Very disappointed. The sticky cinnamon bun was very dry and lacked flavor, and it almost looked like burnt cake. Much better options are bakery next door. The chicken fried steak was supposed to be ribeye, but the meat was chewy, tough, and inedible. The brisket taco was also dry and lacked flavor. Overall, the quality of the food was disappointing.
